Volunteers are vital to our mission of protecting Door County’s exceptional lands and waters forever.

Looking to volunteer this month? Contact us to find out more about these upcoming opportunities: 
  • Birders can volunteer to participate in the bird count, taking place during the month of June, at the Sturgeon Bay Ship Canal Nature Preserve

  • Help with the Annual Gathering during the event on August 14, or with planning over the summer 

  • Assist with trail map deliveries to key businesses and visitor centers
  • Assist with mailing parties, office tasks, filing or data entry
  • Outdoor work and land stewardship
